10.5 MW Waukesha retrofit and relocation

We are currently retrofitting and relocating a 10.5 MW plant of Waukesha gas engine generators.

Mechanical rebuilds: Overhauls and rebuilds that return engines to reliable service.
Engine control upgrades: Replacing obsolete ignition, governor and engine management systems with current, supported controls.
AFR retrofits: Air/fuel ratio control upgrades that hold emissions and stability as gas quality and load change.
Fuel conversions: Converting engines to run on natural gas, field gas and other available fuels.

Design and engineering: Mechanical, electrical and controls engineering for new packages, retrofits and plant layouts.
Packaging: Skid fabrication, enclosures, fuel trains and complete genset packages built in our shop.
Custom dry coolers and radiators: Cooling sized for the engine, ambient conditions and site, with replacement units held in inventory.

Control systems: Engine, generator and plant control panels and programming.
SCADA systems: Remote monitoring and control of every unit and the plant, with alarms, trends and reporting.
Automated power plant operation: Plants that start, load, share and shed automatically, so sites run with minimal staff on hand.
AI-driven vibration and wear monitoring: Continuous condition monitoring that flags developing faults before they become failures.

Electrical and switchgear: Generator breakers, switchgear and distribution for the plant.
Paralleling: Synchronizing multiple generators with each other and with the grid, with load sharing and protection.
